3. User Responsibilities

3.2 Packaging

Refunds or compensation are only available for missing parcels with valid evidence, and claims must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date. The claim must include all necessary documentation to support the claim. The Company reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any delays, loss, or damage resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, and traffic conditions.
